Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
All items sold on our online store are final. We do not issue refunds; only exchanges or store credit are provided.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise us within 3 days. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Returns
- Please note: International orders are final sale only and, regrettably, we only accept exchanges of items.
- Please also note: Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
- Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.
- Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" or any sale, or promotional items, cannot be returned or exchanged, without any exceptions.
- We will send you an email to notify you once your return or exchange request has been approved.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been processed.
- All made to order and custom items are final sale and non refundable.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange is complete.
